Just 20 minutes from downtown Budapest, Lupa Beach has long been the city’s Mediterranean-style escape. Ten distinct venues line the turquoise waterfront, each with its own musical style, gastronomic character and vibe. Let’s walk through them in order, starting from the entrance!

On the Beach side
Portofino Beach Club is the first major stop: delicious bites, refreshing drinks and a huge terrace with music welcome arriving guests. Next door, Martini Terrace is a lively drink bar with a massive long drink selection – they even host daytime parties here, while the panoramic view of the lake makes every toast unforgettable.

Wine lovers can’t miss DiVino Wine Bar: the best wines from young Hungarian winemakers, served right on the beach in a refined atmosphere. Just steps away, Lupacabana Bar brings Brazilian party energy to the lakeshore – hit music, top-notch drinks and a huge cocktail menu keep the dance floor sizzling even in broad daylight.

The Beach side wraps up with Waikiki Bar: a Caribbean-style drink bar with hit music and excellent drinks. It’s also a strategic spot, sitting right next to the beach and all the beachside food venues.

On the headland
Crossing onto the headland, The Lounge greets us first, with all-day party vibes set to house and tech house beats, and a great drinks selection. Further along, Rosé LosTiki awaits: Hawaiian-inspired cocktails, snacks, a huge bar and long piers stretching over the water – plus regular live music programs to lift the evenings.

For quieter moments, Sanie Lounge is the perfect spot – a peaceful waterfront retreat with wonderful iced coffee. La Playa, on the other hand, embodies the classic summer experience: canopy beds, beanbags, sunset parties and soft sand welcome every guest.

Our walk ends at Beach Cafe Lounge: a 4,000-square-metre experience zone with funky, soul and disco music, a grill terrace, yoga and pilates classes, and regular afternoon and evening parties – guests can even be shuttled in by water taxi.
