The Norwegian saunas at Lupa Beach are authentic outdoor sauna houses with a Scandinavian atmosphere, made of natural wood and heated with wood. The panoramic view and the location by the water make the sauna experience complete. Lupa Hygge is an excellent place for relaxation, regeneration, and social experiences.
The saunas are located between the Lupa sports fields and Divino. Once you arrive, you can use the changing rooms and showers at Lupa Beach.

HOUSE RULES:
• Everyone uses the sauna service at their own risk.
• Not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Children under the age of 16 may only use the saunas under adult or parental supervision and at their own risk.
• The sauna may not be used by people with a fever, infectious diseases, open wounds, or those under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or mind-altering substances.
• Eating and drinking in the sauna is prohibited.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring printed materials into the saunas.
• Use of the sauna is permitted with the body covered with a towel. When sitting on the sauna bench, the use of a towel or sauna sheet is mandatory! The towel or sauna sheet must be placed so that the body does not come into contact with the bench.
• It is forbidden to enter the sauna in bathing slippers or other footwear.
• The use of the foot bath located at the entrance is mandatory for all visitors. Please do not neglect to use it in order to maintain hygiene.
• Jewelry and glasses are not allowed in the saunas as they may cause burns.
• Showering is mandatory before entering the sauna, and drying off with a towel is strongly recommended.
• Beginners should use the lower bench if possible.
• You may only lie down in the sauna if there is enough space.
• The maximum recommended time for healthy people to stay in the sauna is 8-15 minutes. Quiet conversation is allowed in the cabin without disturbing others.
• It is forbidden to pour any liquids, chemicals, or even sauna oil on yourself, in the sauna, or on the sauna stove.
• Water may only be poured from the bucket using the ladle provided in the bucket. When not in use, the ladle must not be kept in the water; it must be placed on the edge of the bucket.
• Showering is strongly recommended after using the sauna. After the body has cooled down, a 10-15 minute rest is recommended.
• Only the designated person may regulate the temperature of the sauna.
• The saunas are equipped with Harvia heat and humidity meters for measuring temperature and humidity. In case of emergency, use the emergency alarm in the sauna.
• The sauna heater is extremely hot and touching it may cause burns. Guests are not allowed to touch the heater or place any objects on it. The heater may only be operated by the operating staff.
